IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead

About the Role Our client, a leader in its industry, is seeking an IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead to join their team and take ownership of enterprise IT operations, infrastructure management, and workplace technology services. This role will be responsible for ensuring a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment while leading infrastructure projects, managing vendors, and supporting business continuity initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity & Network Administration, and IT Operations Leadership, with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and support a modern digital workplace. About the Requirements Lead end-to-end IT operations, user support services, endpoint management, and workplace technology to ensure excellent service delivery and high user satisfaction. Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, cloud services, Microsoft 365 environments, and identity management solutions. Oversee network operations and cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, VPNs, access management, vulnerability remediation, security compliance, and disaster recovery planning. Manage collaboration and communication platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, telephony systems, conference room technology, and hybrid workplace solutions. Drive infrastructure projects, vendor management activities, technology enhancements, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. About You Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 7-10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior technical role supporting enterprise environments. Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, end-user computing, stakeholder management, project delivery, and vendor governance.
