IT Operations & Security (B2B Gaming Industry)

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage the day-to-day IT environment of our partner company. This is a hands-on role covering IT infrastructure, user and device management, network security, technical support, and privacy compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company devices, systems, and IT infrastructure.Configure and manage VPN access, network security, and secure connectivity.Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.Implement IT security and data protection best practices.Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Monitor and report IT security incidents, vulnerabilities, and operational issues.Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and operational reports.Key Requirements4+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, IT operations, or a related role.Strong knowledge of VPN configuration and network security.Experience with user account management, IAM, and access control.Hands-on experience with device management and endpoint security.Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection standards.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage IT operations effectively.PreferredCompTIA Security+ or relevant security certification.Experience supporting international or multi-location operations.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and IT asset management systems.Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.Ideal background: Systems Administrator, IT Administrator, IT Operations Specialist, IT Infrastructure Specialist, or IT Security Specialist.
