By reimagining cars as mobile living spaces, XG Tech aligns with the evolving trend of vehicles becoming the “third living space.”Role SummaryAs an IT Systems and Desktop Operations Engineer, you will support end-user computing and maintain Windows/Linux servers, networks, and virtualization environments. You will handle troubleshooting, system maintenance, and infrastructure support to ensure stable and efficient IT operations across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide desktop IT support for company employees, including system installation, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring office peripherals, and managing user accounts and access permissionsOperate and maintain Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers, including deployment, routine inspections, patch updates, data backup, and emergency incident handlingTroubleshoot network issues and perform basic configuration of routing and switching devices; requires NP-level networking knowledgeManage IT assets and maintain operation logs and incident reports; implement standardized IT operations proceduresSupport R&D teams in building development environments; familiar with mainstream virtualization setup, daily maintenance, and troubleshootingCoordinate with internal teams and local vendors to ensure stable operation of IT systemsHow you will stand outBachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldsSolid hands-on experience in desktop support and server operationsKnowledge of NP/CCNP-level networking, familiar with VLANs, routing & switching, and basic firewall operationsProficient in Windows and Linux systems; understanding of mainstream virtualization technologiesExperience in cluster maintenance is an advantageGood communication skills, strong service mindset, and ability to independently handle various IT issues
