IT Operations Expert (Data Center / IDC)Location: London, United KingdomGlobal Data Center Projects！！Chinese/Mandarin Required (Mandatory)TITANICOM is hiring experienced IT Operations Experts to support large-scale international data center and IT infrastructure projects in London, UK.Responsibilities

• Participate in 5×8 IDC/data center operations and on-site support.
• Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and handle temporary operational tasks in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Conduct risk analysis, establish risk control measures, and continuously optimize SOP/EOP processes.
• Independently troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure issues and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support server hardware maintenance, network equipment, structured cabling, and infrastructure operations to ensure stable and efficient service delivery.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and improve team efficiency and stability.
• Coordinate projects and drive cross-team collaboration.Requirements
• Fluent Chinese/Mandarin is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).
• 1+ years of hands-on IDC / Data Center / IT Operations experience.
• Familiar with ticketing systems, SOP/EOP procedures, and incident management.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, structured cabling, and IT infrastructure support.
• Experience in server hardware troubleshooting and component replacement (HDD, CPU, GPU, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in project coordination or team management is preferred.
• English communication skills are required for working in an international environment.What We Offer
