IT Operations Expert (Data Center / IDC)Location: Istanbul, TürkiyeWork Arrangement: On-site | 5×8 ScheduleChinese/Mandarin Required | Hands-on Data Center Experience RequiredAbout the RoleTITANICOM is seeking an experienced IT Operations Expert to support data center operations and international IT infrastructure projects in Istanbul.This is a hands-on, on-site technical role focused on server hardware, network infrastructure, structured cabling, incident response, and operational reliability.Applicants must have practical experience working in a physical data center (IDC) environment. General office IT support or software-only operations experience is not sufficient for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily on-site data center operations, inspections, maintenance, and technical support.Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware issues, including faults involving HDDs/SSDs, CPUs, GPUs, memory, and other server components.Carry out hardware installation, replacement, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting in accordance with technical procedures.Support server racking, equipment deployment, decommissioning, and physical infrastructure changes.Perform structured cabling tasks, including installation, replacement, labeling, and troubleshooting of copper and fiber-optic cables.Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and complete operational tasks in accordance with SLA requirements.Follow and improve SOP/EOP procedures, identify operational risks, and support incident prevention and resolution.Independently troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support operational improvements, technical documentation, and cross-functional project delivery.RequirementsMandatory QualificationsFluent Chinese/Mandarin communication skills are required.At least 1 year of hands-on experience in physical IDC/data center operations or maintenance.Practical experience with server hardware installation, maintenance, component replacement, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of data center network infrastructure and structured cabling, including copper and fiber-optic cables.Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management, and standard operating procedures.Ability to perform on-site technical tasks independently and respond effectively to operational incidents.Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with server racking, rack-and-stack activities, and equipment deployment.Experience developing or optimizing SOP/EOP procedures.Experience coordinating technical projects or supporting junior team members.English or Turkish communication skills.What We OfferOpportunities to work on international data center and IT infrastructure projects.Career development and technical training.Support from global infrastructure and operations teams.Competitive salary and performance-based benefits.About TITANICOMTITANICOM specializes in global IT hardware system integration and infrastructure deployment services.
