The role will be responsible for managing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance and business application support to ensure reliable and secure IT services for the MRO facility.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day IT operations and service delivery, ensuring uninterrupted IT services.Manage LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, servers, storage, backup and virtualization infrastructure.Drive incident, problem and change management and ensure SLA compliance.Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, Defence Security Requirements, cybersecurity controls and Corporate IT policies.Coordinate support for SAP S/4HANA and other business-critical applications.Manage IT assets, OEMs, vendors and managed service providers.Support IT governance, audits, disaster recovery, risk management and compliance.Lead IT support resources and drive user awareness and training.Candidate ProfileExperience: 10+ yearsQualification: MCA or Engineering in Computer SciencePreferred Certifications: ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure/M365, VMware VCPPreferred Experience: IT Operations / Infrastructure experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defence or plant environments.
