IT Product Specialist (Finance)

EUROAPOTHECA is an international group of Northern European companies that operate retail pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical wholesale companies as well as online pharmacies in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.As a part of our journey, we are looking for IT Product Specialist (Finance) to strengthen our team!Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to identify and implement the best solutions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, with a focus on the Finance moduleAnalyzing business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring they align with business needsCollaboration with product teams: implementation process planning, division of assignments and monitoringExecuting delivery on a timely basis when required (e.g. regulatory changes)Ensuring your team continously operates with a high level of qualityWe are looking for a colleague who has:3+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Specialist or similar roleStrong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAVKnowledge of software development processes and system integrationsGood understanding of technology and business needsAnalytical, problem-solving mindsetBusiness and tech savvinessFluent in English and LithuanianIt would be an advantage if you have:Knowledge of SQL databases and relational data architectureWe offer: Benefit package, including private health insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, additional leave days, travel insurance, free parking, and financial support in case of unfortunate events Training budget for ongoing professional development Performance-based bonus Flexible working hours Career growth opportunities within the Company and the Group Salary range for this position is 3000 – 4000 eur gross per month.
