IT Program Manager - 12-month contact

🚨 Hiring: IT Program Manager | Dubai, UAEWe’re looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the planning, governance, and delivery of complex enterprise-scale IT transformation programs, including ERP implementations and ITSM/CRM solution rollouts.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE📄 Contract: 12 months⏱️ Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT programs across ERP, CRM and ITSMOwn program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery plansEstablish strong program governance, risk management, change control and executive reportingManage multiple projects/workstreams across business, IT, vendors and external partnersEnsure delivery remains aligned with business objectives and transformation goalsOversee budgets, vendors and overall program performance

Requirements

8–10+ years in IT Program Management / Senior Project ManagementStrong track record delivering enterprise technology transformation programsHands-on experience with ERP implementations and/or CRM/ITSM rolloutsExperience managing complex, multi-vendor environmentsStrong program governance, stakeholder and financial management skillsPMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 certification – at least one is mandatory📩 Interested?
