IT Programmamanager (HSE)

For a client of Eswelt, we are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager HSE to take ownership of a strategic HSE and data program within a complex industrial environment.In this role, you will represent the internal IT organization and manage the program across multiple business and technology stakeholders. A key focus will be ensuring that the solutions being developed fit within the wider data architecture and SAP landscape, while validating that the right processes, standards, governance, and master data considerations are followed.Your ProfileExtensive experience as an IT Program Manager in complex enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, external partners, and senior managementExperience managing large-scale data, digital transformation, or enterprise IT programsGood understanding of data architecture, data models, and master data principlesExperience working within or alongside SAP environmentsAble to challenge implementation partners and validate solutions against architecture, processes, and IT standardsStrong governance skills, including coordination of program boards and steering committeesStructured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyAffinity with data-driven programs; previous HSE experience is an advantage but not essentialDetails Start Date: ASAP Duration: Juni 2027 Commitment: 32-40 hours per week Location: The Netherlands / Hybrid
