As we scale our government delivery portfolio, we're looking for a coordinator who keeps complex projects moving.📌 Role: IT Project Coordinator📍 Dubai, UAE · Onsite🧭 5–6 years · Full-time · Government / public sector IT deliveryAs IT Project Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our project delivery — keeping plans, people, vendors and timelines aligned so projects land on time, in scope and to standard. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with project managers, technical teams and stakeholders, you'll turn moving parts into smooth delivery.🔧 What you'll do:• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple IT projects• Own project documentation — plans, status reports, minutes, risk and issue logs• Track milestones, follow up on deliverables and keep timelines on course• Run project meetings, workshops and review sessions with stakeholders• Surface risks and issues early and escalate to the Project Manager• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and third-party providers• Build dashboards and management reports for senior leadership• Support budget tracking, procurement and change management💻 Technical skills we're after:• Solid grounding in project management methodologies• Hands-on with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or Asana• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills• Proven experience preparing project documentation and reports🌟 What else we're looking for:• Excellent communication and stakeholder management• Sharp organisation, time management and attention to detail• Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset• Works well independently and across cross-functional teams• ITIL / IT service management familiarity is a plus👉 Ready to keep great projects on track?
