IT PROJECT COORDINATOR (WEB APP, ENGLISH FLUENT)

Job Description1. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage day-to-day activities of software development projects from initiation to delivery.Act as a communication bridge between international clients and internal project teams.Clarify project requirements, priorities, scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria with relevant stakeholders.Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, task assignments, and delivery tracking.Monitor project progress, workload, resource allocation, and team performance.Proactively identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays; escalate when necessary and follow up on mitigation actions.Facilitate project meetings such as daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and client status meetings.Track changes in requirements and support the Change Request process, including impact assessment on timeline, effort, and resources.Coordinate with BA, Development, QA/QC, and Technical teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress, risks, issues, and action items clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.Support resource planning, effort tracking, timesheet monitoring, and project utilization.Maintain project documentation and ensure important decisions, requirements, and changes are properly recorded.Support UAT, release preparation, go-live, and post-launch/maintenance activities.Contribute to improving internal project management and delivery processes.2. Requirements1–3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Scrum Master or similar role in software development.Experience working in an IT outsourcing / software development environment is highly preferred.Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.Experience working with cross-functional teams including Developers, BA, QA/QC, Designers, and Technical Leads.Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on tasks, and maintain visibility of project progress.Good problem-solving, risk identification, and stakeholder management skills.Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools.Basic understanding of software testing, release processes, APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, or cloud infrastructure is an advantage.3. English RequirementsGood English communication skills, especially speaking and writing.Able to participate confidently in meetings with international clients.Able to write professional emails, meeting minutes, project updates, and reports in English.Able to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.4. Preferred QualificationsExperience working directly with overseas clients.Experience managing or coordinating Web, Mobile, E-commerce, Blockchain, Fitech, LMS or other software development projects.Knowledge of estimation, resource planning, project budgeting, and change management.PMP, CAPM, PSM, CSM, or other project management/Agile certifications are a plus.Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously is an advantage.Zoho knowledge is a plus5.
