We are hiring IT Project Manager (Business Change- (Banking & Financial Domain)Location : Hybrid 2-3 days in Sheffield OfficeProven project management delivery experience within Financial Services, Banking, or a heavily regulated environment.End-to-end delivery management, scope and milestone tracking, financial and resource forecasting, RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) mitigation, and business readiness/change adoption.High-level stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, third-party vendor management, and driving governance/compliance.Hands-on expertise in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies; industry certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile credentials) are desirable.Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge, aligning change initiatives with strategic bank objectives and post-implementation benefits realization.Key Skills :Financial Services / Banking / IT Project Management / RAID / resource forecasting / business readiness/change / PMP / Prince / Agile
