IT Project Manager

The ideal candidate will manage project activities throughout the full lifecycle while coordinating effectively with business stakeholders, application teams, vendors, and technical departments.This role is ideal for an organized and results-driven project management professional with hands-on experience delivering IT application projects, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage IT application projects from initiation through implementation and closure.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and governance documentation.Coordinate activities across business, application development, quality assurance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams.Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization.Identify and manage project risks, issues, changes, and corrective actions.Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders.Manage application testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and handover activities.Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and agreed quality standards.Conduct project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.Manage third-party vendors and follow up on contractual project deliverables.Support change management, user readiness, and post-implementation activities.Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related IT field.Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.Proven hands-on experience managing IT application projects is required.Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and application implementation processes.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or an equivalent certification is preferred.The applicant must be a Saudi national.Key SkillsIT Project ManagementApplication ProjectsProject PlanningProject Lifecycle ManagementStakeholder ManagementRequirements ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementChange ManagementVendor ManagementBudget & Resource ManagementAgileWaterfallUser Acceptance TestingProject DocumentationSkillsIT Project Management • Application Implementation • Project Planning • Stakeholder Management • Requirements Gathering • Risk Management • Change Management • Vendor Management • Agile • Waterfall • UAT • Project Governance • Project Documentation
