IT Project Manager

Role: IT Project ManagerExperience Preferred: 8-11 YearsLocation: Delhi NCRJob Description:Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and address any deviations from the project plan.Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources and ensure that any deviations are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a functional or cross-functional capacity.Experience in Agile, Scrum is a mustStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.PMP certification.
