It requires advanced technical project management knowledge, strong manufacturing insight, and the ability to translate shop-floor processes into scalable digital workflows.The successful candidate will work independently with limited supervision, provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams, and coordinate factory, business, infrastructure, and vendor stakeholders to deliver sustainable Manufacturing Execution System (MES) outcomes across international manufacturing sites. Required:This role requires a seasoned IT and digital manufacturing professional with 15+ years of global experience leading complex MES/ECS implementations and industrial digital transformation programs in multinational manufacturing environments.Proven experience leading end-to-end MES/ECS implementation programs, including requirements gathering, solution planning, integration, deployment readiness, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, hypercare, and operational handover.Strong expertise in project and program management, including work planning, scheduling, estimation, resource management, budget control, milestone tracking, governance, risk management, dependency analysis, and executive status reporting.Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements by collaborating with manufacturing users, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, vendors, and operations leaders.Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital manufacturing solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.Experience managing delivery across global factories, cross-functional teams, vendors, infrastructure organizations, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, adoption, and successful execution.Proven capability to integrate vendor activities into project plans, manage vendor performance, and ensure the quality and completeness of vendor deliverables.Strong background in quality management and deployment governance, including reviews, approvals, testing, readiness assessments, compliance checks, and delivery assurance.Knowledge of digital manufacturing, machine connectivity, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) concepts, and their integration within manufacturing ecosystems.Hands-on experience with tools and platforms supporting project delivery, requirements management, collaboration, reporting, and manufacturing solution implementation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to independently manage complex technical and business challenges.Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, standardization, quality, safety, integrity, accountability, and scalable delivery practices.Advanced education combined with relevant professional experience and industry-recognized project management and business analysis capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages and experience working within global organizations are considered advantageous.This candidate should be capable of driving MES/ECS programs from strategy through execution while ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and measurable business value across global manufacturing operations.Advanced education and relevant work experienceExcellent spoken and written English; additional languages and experience working in global organizations are an advantage.Commitment to continuous improvement, quality, standardization, and scalable delivery practices.Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional factory, business, vendor, infrastructure, and technical teams across regions and cultures.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage difficult and sometimes complex issues independently.
