IT Project Manager

Future Horizons partners with a global leader in the fields of digital signature services, digital identity (SPID), compliant digital archiving, and cybersecurity. The client is currently engaged in an expansion and consolidation program aimed at strengthening its international initiatives across the Middle East market, with a particular focus on the United Arab Emirates and neighboring countries within the region.In this context, the company requires a senior-level professional capable of supporting both project governance activities and pre-sales initiatives, working closely with stakeholders located across multiple countries and interacting with individuals from diverse cultural and business backgrounds.Future Horizons will provide a Senior International IT Project Manager who will support the client in coordinating and managing international projects related to Digital Trust services, digital signatures, digital identity solutions, and trust services.The consultant will act as a key liaison between technical, business, and commercial stakeholders, monitoring project progress, facilitating communication among all parties involved, and contributing to the successful execution of strategic initiatives.In addition, the professional will support pre-sales activities, working alongside business development teams in opportunity qualification, preparation of commercial documentation, and management of meetings with international customers and partners. Their contribution will help improve the coordination of strategic initiatives, ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery, and support the company’s expansion across the Middle East market.Required Skills and Experience:At least 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager within enterprise and international environments.Proven experience managing complex IT projects involving geographically distributed and culturally diverse stakeholders.Strong knowledge of Digital Trust solutions, digital signatures, digital identity platforms, and qualified trust services.Experience coordinating technology initiatives focused on regulatory compliance and business process digitalization.Ability to support pre-sales activities, business development efforts, and commercial opportunity management.Excellent knowledge of traditional and hybrid Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).Experience in requirements gathering, scope definition, risk management, and project KPI monitoring.Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to lead executive-level meetings and presentations.Familiarity with collaboration, reporting, and project governance tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.Contract Details:Work Location: On-site (Abu Dhabi)Contract Type: Independent Consultant / Freelancer (VAT Registered Contractor)Engagement: Full-timeDuration: Initial 6-month engagement with a possibility of project extensions.
