Job Title: IT Project Manager

Employment Type: TemporaryContract Duration: 3 - 6 Months Role Purpose:The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation and integration of the broking platform, ensuring the project is delivered within agreed timelines and requirements.

This will involve coordinating across business, technology, and vendor teams, managing project risks and dependencies, and supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and user adoption across the UAE business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and end-to-end delivery of the broking platform implementation, customization, system integration and deployment activities.Work closely with business, technology, and vendor teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project deliverables.Coordinate the integration of the broking platform with existing business systems, applications, and third-party solutions.Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, training, and change management activities.Support data migration, system configuration, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation support.Track project progress and provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and requirements.Ensure successful rollout and adoption across multiple business functions and UAE offices.

Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT project management, with significant experience delivering system integration, software implementation, or platform deployment projects.Proven experience delivering software/platform implementation projects, ideally within insurance, broking, financial services, or technology implementations.Proven experience managing end-to-end system implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and deliverables.Strong communication skills.Immediate availability or short notice period.Technical Experience:Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) SaaS platformsCloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365) ERP systems and workflow management (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) CRM platforms and workflow management (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM) Integration technologies and APIs Knowledge in Generative AI , LLMsOur Culture: People FirstOur core values dictate how we live and work.
