IT Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projectsDevelopment and release of mobile banking applications on iOS and Android, ensuring high performance, usability, and securityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and QA to ensure successful deliveryEnsure projects meet internal governance, banking compliance, security, and risk management standardsDefine and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesSupport Agile ceremonies and project milestones, adjusting methods based on project complexity and stakeholder needsProvide clear and structured communication to project sponsors and senior leadership, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation plansDrive continuous improvement through project retrospectives, lessons learned, and best practices sharingJob RequirementBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 4–5 years’ experience in IT project management within the banking or financial services industryProven experience managing at least two of the following areas:Government or regulatory system integrationCross-border payments, SWIFT, or bill payment platformsMobile banking application developmentSolid understanding of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall/SDLC project delivery frameworksProficiency in project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
