IT Project Manager – Oracle ERP Transformation

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage a digital transformation.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, ERP implementations, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors.Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.Oversee testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.Ensure project delivery in accordance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in IT project management.Proven experience managing ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery teams.Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.PMP certification is preferred.Oracle ERP migration or implementation experience is a strong advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to share their CV through LinkedIn or via email: hr@techvisions.com.sa, mentioning IT Project Manager – Oracle ERP Transformation in the subject line.
