IT Project Manager – PMO

We're looking for a hands-on IT PMO Lead who thrives on getting things done - not just directing them. If you're the type who rolls up your sleeves, owns delivery end-to-end, and can hold together complex, multi-workstream programs without losing grip, this one's for you.What You'll Be DoingYou'll run the IT PMO across a portfolio of concurrent enterprise programs — infrastructure, applications, and transformation — and you'll be in the thick of it every day. This is an execution-first role.Own and maintain RAID logs, RAG status reports, and steering committee packs — keeping them current, accurate, and actionableDrive project intake, prioritization, budget tracking, and vendor/contract performance with disciplineKeep distributed teams aligned and delivery on track — proactively surfacing risks before they become problemsBuild and maintain executive dashboards and reporting for CXO-level audiencesCoordinate across business units, enterprise architects, and system integrators to keep delivery movingWhat We're Looking For5-7 years of solid IT project/program management experience, with a track record of ground-up execution (not just oversight)Enterprise delivery experience — large budgets, multi-vendor environments, and senior stakeholder managementHands-on with PPM tools: MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, or similarAt least one recognized cert: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or ITILBachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's/MBA is a bonus)Bonus Points If You HaveInsurance industry exposure — policy admin, claims, underwriting, or regulatory/compliance systems (e.g., IFRS 17)Familiarity with Guidewire or Duck CreekPrior GCC/KSA delivery experienceLogisticsStart date: Immediate joiners onlyWork authorization: Valid KSA work permit or transferable Iqama required
