IT Project Manager (Singapore)

As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards. You will lead project planning, execution, and reporting while coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver SaaS procurement solutions on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.What You'll Do and How You'll SucceedProject Planning & ExecutionEstablish and implement project management processes and methodologies.Define project scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, and lay out communication strategies.Create project blueprints including testing strategies and execution plans.Track key milestones and adjust plans/resources to meet customer needs.Team Leadership & CoordinationAssemble and lead project teams, directing and monitoring daily work efforts.Identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues appropriately.Coordinate communication with stakeholders on scope, budget, schedule, and risks.Budget & Compliance ManagementCreate and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, risk management, and industry standards.Support audit readiness and documentation requirements.Testing & Quality AssuranceOversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of products at all stages.Define and implement testing strategies to ensure quality delivery.We'd Love to Hear From You If...ExperienceYou have at least 10 years of IT work experience, with 7+ years in project management.You have experience implementing SaaS Procurement Software.You have worked with multiple stakeholders across business, infrastructure, and risk management teams.Experience in the financial and banking industry is preferred.Technical ExpertiseYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.You have project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).You are knowledgeable in project management methodologies, resource management practices, and change management techniques.Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.Ways of WorkingYou demonstrate strong leadership, decision‑making, and organisational skills.You communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse teams.You are detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to manage compliance frameworks.You adapt quickly to internal procedures and governance requirements.---Who We AreThakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
