IT Project/Program Manager

Summary:This role involves guiding and coaching the team and organization in Agile/Scrum practices and values to enhance customer satisfaction. The Project/Program Manager IT 4 will focus on building a trusting environment, facilitating discussions, and resolving conflicts while supporting the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog.Responsibilities:Guide and coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.Assist the team in maximizing self-organization capabilities.Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach them to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them by identifying the right points of contact.Create a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame or judgment, focusing on healing and problem-solving.Facilitate the completion of work without coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks, embodying servant leadership.Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Support and educate the Product Owner, particularly in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Facilitate Scrum events, relationships, and collaboration within the team.Requirements:5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.Required Skills:First-level Scrum Master certification.Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year with a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.Knowledge of numerous techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).PMP/Scrum Master Certification will be helpful.#AditiConsulting# 26-04641
