IT Project, Specialist

Our subsidiary, Jadaya, is seeking an IT Project Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects by ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and communication among stakeholders. The role will assist project managers and technical teams in ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business needs.Job Responsibilities:Assist in planning and coordinating IT project activities and timelinesTrack project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverablesPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting minutesSupport communication and collaboration between IT teams, business units, and vendorsMonitor project budgets and assist in financial tracking and reportingMaintain project tracking tools and update project status regularlyEnsure compliance with internal project management standards and frameworksIdentify and report project risks or issues to the project managerParticipate in testing, implementation, and post-project evaluationsSupport change management activities during project rolloutsAdditional Responsibilities (Account Growth & Commercial Support):Manage and develop client accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services and solutionsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field2-4 years of experience in IT projects or project coordination rolesFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or WaterfallProficiency in project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or TrelloStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughFluent in English (spoken and written)Job Location: HQ
