IT SAP Business Partner – Distribution & Supply ChainLocation: BoltonWorking Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per weekSalary: Up to £80,000 per annumThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT SAP Business Partner to join a growing Applications Team, supporting the Distribution and Supply Chain function.This is a key business-facing technology role, working closely with operational stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and shape effective technology solutions.The successful candidate will combine strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with a good understanding of SAP, business processes and solution design.This is an opportunity for an experienced IT Business Partner or Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of technology-led improvement initiatives and play a key role in delivering business change.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the key IT Business Partner for Distribution, Logistics and Supply ChainBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levelsUnderstand business processes, operational challenges and future requirementsIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation and technology enablementTranslate business needs into effective technology solutionsShape and support SAP-led solutions across the businessWork across the full solution lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, testing and implementationCollaborate with Project Managers, technical teams and third-party suppliersSupport the delivery of projects and business change initiativesDrive continuous improvement across business processes and applicationsProvide challenge and guidance to stakeholders to ensure technology solutions deliver business valueSkills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:Experience working as an IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst or similar business-facing technology roleStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECCExperience within Distribution, Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar operational environmentStrong understanding of business processes and how technology can support improvementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience translating business requirements into practical technology solutionsExperience contributing to or managing solution design, testing and implementationExperience working with third-party technology providers and project teamsA proactive and commercially-focused approach to technology and business improvementWhat's on OfferSalary of up to £80,000Hybrid working with 3 days onsite in BoltonOpportunity to join a growing Applications TeamA highly visible business partnering role with genuine influence over technology and process improvementThe opportunity to work across SAP, Distribution and Supply Chain transformationIf you are an experienced IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst or SAP professional with strong Distribution or Supply Chain experience, this could be an excellent opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation.
