For more info, please refer to https://www.keywordsstudios.com/RequirementsManage ISPs, internet connectivity, and related issues to ensure 24x7availabilityManage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivityMonitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access pointsManage user accounts, access rights, permissions, Active Directory, GPO, and Google WorkspaceMonitor system health, network performance, availability, and proactively resolve issuesManage and maintain Windows & Linux servers, including security patches, updates, and backupsInstall, configure, update, and manage enterprise software and applicationsProvide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, systems, and network issuesImplement and maintain GPO policies in accordance with regional and global IT policiesMaintain IT documentation, system configurations, asset records, and support/change logsDevelop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to automate routine IT tasksCoordinate with ISPs, vendors, and regional/global IT teams for incident resolution and IT projectsEnsure IT infrastructure follows required security, compliance, and operational standardsDesired Skills:Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field3-5 years of relevant IT infrastructure/system administration experienceStrong knowledge of networking, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching, and firewallsHands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, GPO, and Google WorkspacePowerShell/Python scripting experience preferredStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsProactive, autonomous, and able to take ownership of tasksStrong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skillsIntermediate+ English proficiency is mandatoryRole Information: INStudio: Keywords IndiaLocation: Asia PacificArea of Work: IT & InfosecService: Support Employment Type: Full TimeWorking Pattern: In-Office
