We’re looking for a passionate IT Service Desk Engineer to join our Technology team in London and play a key role in delivering exceptional support across our organisation.If you’re customer-focused, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving technical challenges—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!About the RoleAs an IT Service Desk Engineer, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support across a wide range of IT services and infrastructure. You’ll take ownership of incidents end-to-end, ensuring users receive efficient and effective support while maintaining a high professional standard. This is a hands-on role, combining remote troubleshooting with on-site support in London, plus occasional travel to other UK offices. What You’ll Be DoingDeliver 1st & 2nd line support across IT systems and servicesManage incidents from initial logging through to resolutionTroubleshoot hardware, software, AV, telephony & conferencing issuesSupport laptops, peripherals, and user provisioning processesCollaborate with 3rd line teams and external vendors when neededMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvementsMonitor systems, resolve alerts, and ensure smooth IT operationsSupport office IT projects, upgrades, and asset management processes What We’re Looking ForExperience & KnowledgeStrong experience in a corporate IT support environmentExpertise in Microsoft technologies (O365, Teams, operating systems)Familiarity with device management tools such as In tuneUnderstanding of networking, telephony, and AV systemsExperience supporting end users and managing knowledge documentationKey SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementStrong problem-solving and structured troubleshooting approachAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyHigh attention to detail with a proactive mindsetPassion for delivering outstanding customer serviceBonus Skills (Nice to Have)Cisco networking experienceExposure to Microsoft Power PlatformQualificationsDegree in a Technology-related field (preferred)Why join us?
