This role works closely with all of our business units to drive the proper adoption of our AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive and experienced with AI in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead enterprise AI management across all business units, including coordination with Legal, IT / Cybersecurity, Compliance, and HRDesign, implement, and operate the enterprise AI governance model (policies, standards, controls, decision frameworks)Establish AI usage standards, architecture guardrails, approval workflows and lifecycle governanceTranslate AI management framework into operational processes and toolsMonitor AI usage, risk exposure and policy adherenceGovern enterprise AI platforms, tools, and vendors, including lifecycle management, licensing, and approved tool strategyAct as the technical translator between architects and executive leadership, clearly explaining AI architecture, risks, and trade-offsGuide business units in selecting and implementing appropriate AI solutions aligned with governance standardsDefine architectural standards and communicate them to technical and non-technical groupsDevelop AI based training programs for business and technical users to drive awareness and responsible usageTrack AI adoption, value realization, and cost, and provide executive-level reporting and decision supportQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or related fieldExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business languagesExperience building and leading small AI management / governance teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while delivering business value.5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and operating AI governance frameworks, AI platforms, or enterprise architecture solutionsDeep understanding of Generative AI & LLM ecosystems, RAG architecture and MLOps lifecycleStrong understanding of risk management, compliance, and data governance and 3rd party / vendor risk management5+ years of experience with Data Architecture and Data PipelinesExperience with relevant tools such as Airflow, Airbyte, MLFlow, LangGraph / LangSmith, Kafka, qdrant or similar toolsAutomotive industry experience strongly preferredAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred ExperienceTier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier experience1+ years of experience with the Shakudo PlatformWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus opportunityComprehensive benefits package401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a stable and growing organizationIf you are a driven finance professional who thrives in manufacturing operations and enjoys partnering with leadership to improve business performance, we encourage you to apply.
