IT Specialist

For our own projects, we are looking for an: IT SPECIALISTLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE – Profile Middle East Office & Partner LocationsSchedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/weekAbout the RoleProfile Middle East is looking for an IT Specialist to provide hands-on IT support within our Abu Dhabi office and at the locations of our partners.The role will focus on maintaining reliable day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting office network infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based computers, peripherals, printers, and other IT equipment.Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including basic repairs, upgrades, and replacements.Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications.Support the setup and maintenance of office networks, including LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and access points.Configure and troubleshoot NAS, shared drives, network access, and connectivity.Support Apple/macOS devices when required.Provide on-site IT assistance within the Profile Middle East Abu Dhabi office and at partner locations.RequirementsPrevious experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, System Support, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.Hands-on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.Knowledge of NAS systems and Windows network environments.Knowledge of Apple/macOS devices is an advantage.Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.Good communication skills and command of English.Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit, qualifications, and potential.
