IT Specialist

This is a high-ownership role where you will:Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments for both local and remote teams.Manage user access and permissions across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and our suite of productivity tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp).Implement and monitor endpoint security, including MFA, VPNs, firewalls, and patch management.Streamline our internal tool builders and AI-driven solutions to keep the team moving faster.Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.Document processes and create technical guides that actually make sense.What You BringTechnical Versatility: Proven experience in IT support or systems administration within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Deep OS Knowledge: You are comfortable jumping between Windows, macOS, and Linux.Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.Security Mindset: You understand the “why” behind cybersecurity best practices and can enforce them without slowing the team down.Problem-Solving DNA: You don’t just fix surface symptoms; you find root causes.Education/Certs: A degree in CS/IT is great, but we value documented skills (CompTIA A+, MS-900, Google IT Support) and real-world experience just as much.
