Be You Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care and transformative aesthetic experiences.Role Description The IT Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the clinic’s IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and network devices, to ensure reliable and secure operations. Daily tasks include installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and performing routine updates and backups. The IT Specialist will diagnose and resolve technical issues for clinical and administrative staff, provide user support and training, and coordinate with external vendors when needed. The role also involves implementing basic cybersecurity practices, managing access controls, and documenting IT procedures and assets to support compliance and smooth clinic operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and hands-on experience with clinic or office IT environments.Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to manage, monitor, and protect local and cloud-based systems.Candidates should possess excellent Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support staff with technical inquiries in a clear, professional manner.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Experience with Windows and/or macOS environments, basic server management, and common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) is beneficial.Knowledge of data backup procedures, endpoint security, and basic compliance principles in healthcare or aesthetic clinics is an advantage.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting are important.
