IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join the IT team of an international company operating in the energy sector.The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT environment, providing user support, and actively participating in digitalization projects, supporting approximately 220 users across international offices.What will you help with?Ticket and incident resolution (1st and 2nd level support)User onboarding and offboarding in corporate systems (email, Active Directory, etc.)Configuration and delivery of IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals)Installation, maintenance, and updating of corporate softwareIT onboarding of new employeesMaintenance and support of private cloud servicesActive Directory administration in Windows environmentsOn-site and remote user supportBasic maintenance of networks, printers, and other connected devicesParticipation in internal digitalization projectsWho you are:Education in IT, computer systems, or a related fieldMinimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar roleFamiliarity with user management tools (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly and effectively to technical issuesHigh level of English (C1).
