IT Specialist ( Saudi National )

Role OverviewWe are hiring a IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment. The role requires execution, accountability, and the ability to operate across multiple IT domains under real business pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle IT tickets and service requests in line with ITSM practices (incident, request, basic problem handling).Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for:End-user issuesOffice 365Active Directory (user management, basic troubleshooting)Basic networking issues (LAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required.Support applications and business users across different departments.Work across two physical locations (Head Office and Factory) on different days as required.Maintain proper documentation and follow defined IT processes.Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment
