They are building out their Microsoft 365 environment while rolling out several new AI tools across the team, and are looking for a tech-savvy, enthusiastic IT Support & AI Integration Assistant to help them do both.You will support the wider Microsoft 365 integration, help train and onboard colleagues on the company's AI tools, and handle day-to-day IT support. This is a one-month trial so that both you and the client can confirm the role is the right fit, with the possibility of it becoming a full-time position.Key responsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 integrationAssist with further integration of Microsoft 365 across the business.Manage user access and permissions.Support colleagues in getting the most from the Microsoft 365 tools they use every day.AI tools adoption and trainingHelp integrate newly adopted AI software into the existing tech stack.Train and support employees across the business on AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT and Fathom.Act as the go-to person for practical questions on using AI tools in day-to-day work.General IT supportSet up and configure new laptops (Mac and Windows).Set up user accounts and assign permissions.Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues for the team.About youUnder five years of relevant experience.A keen enthusiast of AI applications and technology.Basic to good working knowledge of AI systems such as Claude, ChatGPT and Fathom.Good understanding of both Mac and Windows PC.Confident explaining technology clearly and patiently to colleagues of all technical levels.
