IT Support & Help Desk Specialist

📢 We're Hiring | IT Support & Help Desk Specialist📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · Full-timeSmart Media is looking for the person the whole company turns to — someone who fixes problems before they delay a delivery, keeps our systems in order, and makes AI tools part of how the team works every day.What you'll do:

• Day-to-day support for staff: devices, software, network and printers — on site and remotely
• Administer Microsoft 365: accounts, permissions, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Set up new joiners' machines end to end, and close access cleanly when someone leaves
• Run backups, endpoint protection and antivirus so no work file is ever lost
• Manage the office network, Wi-Fi and VPN, and deal with service providers
• Install and track work software and licences, including Adobe Creative Cloud
• Manage storage for large media files — video and photography — and keep the archive organised
• Log support requests through to closure and build a knowledge base for recurring issues
• Put AI tools to work for the team: set them up, manage access, train people, and suggest what removes manual workWhat we're looking for:
• Broad, practical command of Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS
• Real experience in technical support and problem solving under deadline pressure
• Networking fundamentals: router, switch, Wi-Fi, VPN, network printers
• Good working knowledge of AI tools — applied in practice, not in theory
• Information security basics: permissions, passwords, 2FA, backups
• Able to explain a fix in plain language to non-technical people
