IT Support & Network Administrator (Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support & Network Administrator to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, network devices, servers, and end-user systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, and assisting with the administration of Windows-based systems.The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and network systems.Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices, including:SwitchesRoutersFirewallsWireless Access Points (WAPs)Assist with network connectivity, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.Support the administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.Manage user accounts, system access, and basic securityEducation RequiredDiploma in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized university or institution.Relevant fields include:Information TechnologyComputer ScienceComputer EngineeringComputer Networks / NetworkingNetworking & CybersecurityInformation SystemsOr another closely related discipline.Experience Required2 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, system administration, or IT infrastructure support.Practical experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.Experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.Experience providing technical support to end users and resolving IT-related incidents.Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge may be considered for a Junior IT Support & Network Technician role.
