We are seeking a well-rounded, customer-focused IT Support & Tradeshow Technology Specialist to provide Tier 2 end-user support while owning the technology operations for the company's tradeshows. This dual-role position requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, A/V experience, and the ability to work independently in both office and live-event environments.Hudson Valley Lighting Group is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing, and omnichannel distribution of decorative and architectural lighting fixtures, encompassing six brands: Hudson Valley Lighting, Mitzi, Troy, Corbett, CSL, and Sonneman (on behalf of Hudson Valley Lighting, Inc., Troy-CSL, Inc. and SN Modern, LLC). Key Responsibilities

Help Desk & IT SupportProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, printers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, mobile devices, and network connectivity.Own tickets through resolution, maintain clear notes, and escalate complex issues appropriately.Support onboarding, workstation deployment, equipment setup, inventory, and access requests.Troubleshoot Windows and OSX devices, common business applications, VPN, wireless, and peripheral issues.Deliver responsive, professional customer service to technical and non-technical users.Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and repeatable support processes.Trade Show TechnologyServe as the primary IT resource for company tradeshows and showroom events.Installs, tests, and operates audio and video equipment for live events, meetings, or permanent installations.Scheduled travel to the event locations located in Las Vegas, Dallas, and High Point, NC.Coordinate with showroom ISPs and venue technology teams to confirm reliable internet and network connectivity.Provide direct, responsive onsite technical support to sales staff, executives, and other attendees throughout each event.Set up and support technology used for executive meetings, sales presentations, walkthroughs, and scheduled events.Support computers, printers, scanners, TVs, presentation equipment, applications, and event systems onsite.Maintain tradeshow checklists, inventory, vendor contacts, and post-event documentation.Required Qualifications:3+ years of Help Desk, desktop support, or IT-related experience.Strong customer service, written communication, and troubleshooting skills.Attention to detail and able to take ownership.Working knowledge of Windows, OSX, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, networking, VPN, and wireless support.Ability to travel to multiple annual tradeshows, work extended event hours, and operate independently under time-sensitive conditions.Strong organization, ownership, follow-through, and vendor coordination skills.Ability to travel domestically to trade shows approximately 20% annually.Ability to reliably commute to Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications
