IT Support Engineer

We're working on a new IT Support Engineer requirement for a Hedge Fund office in Singapore.This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting a small but demanding user base, including VIP and senior users, while also providing remote support to users in London.The role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, taking ownership of technical issues and working across both end-user support and broader infrastructure.What you’ll be doing:Providing face-to-face IT support for the Singapore officeSupporting VIP and senior stakeholdersDelivering remote support to users in the UKTroubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom and WebexWorking across Entra ID / Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and ExchangeSupporting MDM, macOS, iOS and Azure Virtual DesktopGetting involved in infrastructure issues, projects and improvementsUsing PowerShell to automate tasks and improve workflowsSupporting AV, meeting rooms and general office technologyParticipating in an on-call rota when requiredWhat we’re looking for:Strong hands-on IT support experienceConfident face-to-face and VIP support skillsStrong Microsoft 365, Outlook and Windows 11 knowledgeGood understanding of AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and VPNsPowerShell scripting experience or strong automation interestFinancial services experience would be highly desirableBloomberg or Reuters support experience would be a strong plusThis is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more ownership than a standard support role and wants to develop further across infrastructure, automation and financial-services technology.Location: SingaporeWorking pattern: 5 days onsiteRole: IT Support Engineer
