🚀 IT Support Specialist | £35,000 | Bracknell | Office-BasedAre you an experienced IT Support Specialist looking for your next challenge?We’re currently recruiting for an IT Support Specialist to join a global organisation at the forefront of media technology, based in Bracknell.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving technical problems and getting involved in more than just the service desk.💻 What you'll be doing:• Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support• Supporting Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 environments• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues• Monitoring systems and security alerts• Supporting patching, updates and backups• Configuring and deploying hardware and software• Maintaining IT assets and technical documentation• Working with vendors and support partners• Getting involved in IT infrastructure and technology projects• Supporting users across a multi-site, international environment🔎 What we're looking for:• Previous experience in IT Support or Systems Administration• Strong Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 knowledge• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment🌍 You’ll be joining a global IT team supporting 800+ users across multiple countries and business units, giving you excellent exposure to a complex and varied technology environment.If you're looking for a role where you can develop your technical skills, gain exposure to infrastructure projects and grow your career, this could be a great next step.📩 Interested?
