IT Support Engineer

We are looking for IT Support Engineers with broad, hands-on experience supporting technology in a busy, live operational environment.This is wider than a conventional desktop-support role. You’ll support a mix of:• Windows and Microsoft 365• Azure, Active Directory and Entra ID• User accounts, permissions and MFA• LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS• Hardware, peripherals and infrastructure• EPOS and payment technology• Kiosks and customer-facing terminals• CCTV and access-control systemsYou’ll be troubleshooting incidents through to Level 2 and working in an environment where IT issues can directly affect customers, transactions and day-to-day operations.Experience supporting retail, hospitality, transport, leisure, venues or another high-availability operational environment would be particularly relevant.
