Visits will be scheduled on an as-needed basis, typically 1–2 visits per month, with at least 24 hours' advance notice whenever possible.Required Skills1+ years of Field IT / Desktop Support experience.Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and PC break/fix experience.Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and RDP.Experience supporting printers, laptops, desktops, and other IT peripherals.Smart Hands / onsite infrastructure support experience.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.Personal laptop required for onsite support and remote connectivity.NOC required confirming sponsor authorization to work with SkySys.CompTIA A+ or relevant technical certification is preferred.Working ModelPart-Time / On-Demand Dispatch SupportApproximately 1–2 onsite visits per month to start.$11/hour as Independent Contractor (IC).Support generally required during Monday–Friday business hours.At least 24 hours' advance notice will be provided for onsite visits whenever possible.
