IT Support Field Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Field Engineer to join our team in Dubai. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, supporting IT infrastructure, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and macOS issues.Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi networks.Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments.Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities.Maintain accurate documentation and manage support tickets within SLA timelines.Requirements3–5 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, IT Field Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, and Wi-Fi.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, endpoint security, and firewall administration.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client locations.UAE Driving License is preferred.📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to: aswathy.jyothish@whitehats.com
