IT Support Intern

IT Support Intern(Monthly Package: AED 3,000)We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting, who is proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and interested in AI tools and their application within IT support. The internship duration is 3 months.Key Responsibilities:Provide basic hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network and user supportTroubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and escalate when requiredAssist with laptop setup, software installation, onboarding and access requestsHandle ad-hoc IT support requirementsPreferred Skills:Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networkingGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge or interest in AI tools and technologiesGood communication skillsProactive attitude and willingness to learn
