This individual will provide hands-on technical support for employees, troubleshooting complex desktop, hardware, software, access, and account-related issues across both Mac and Windows environments. The role will focus heavily on customer interaction, ticket resolution, Active Directory administration, and supporting users in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is technically strong, personable, and able to independently drive issues to resolution while delivering an exceptional end-user experience. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA and requires working onsite five days per week.Compensation:$30/hr to $34/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
