The firm also provides wealth and asset management services and invests through its private capital arm.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily IT user support operations for the officeServe as technical escalation point for the on-site MSP teamDrive continuous improvement in user experience, ticket resolution, and communication with business stakeholdersLiaise and collaborate with the global IT team on desktop modernization, Intune rollout, and other projectsIdentify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree required10-15 years of IT experienceExperience supervising/leading a large teamExperience working in financial servicesExperience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft environmentsIntune/MDM experience strongly preferredExperience with LAN/WiFi, printer setups, and VPN troubleshootingPowerShell or scripting skills a plusSalary Range$175,000-$200,000
