Apply & track with Apply EdgeDepartment: Information TechnologyReports to: IT DirectorLocation: Dammam, KSASaudi Nationals Only Job Overview: The IT Systems & Network Analyst is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, end-user computing devices, and business systems. The role combines system administration, network management, and technical support responsibilities to ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT services across the organization.The successful candidate will provide technical support to users, monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot system and network issues, implement security best practices, and contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Systems Administration - Manage and maintain Windows, cloud environments, and enterprise applications. - Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation. - Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. - Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, permissions, and access controls. - Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or other enterprise platforms. Network Administration - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity. - Configure and support network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Ensure network security through implementation of security policies and controls. - Diagnose and resolve network performance and connectivity issues. - Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records. - Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades and infrastructure projects. IT Support - Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues. - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. - Support meeting room technologies, video conferencing systems, and collaboration tools. - Manage IT service requests and incidents through the helpdesk system. - Deliver user training and technical guidance when required. Security & Compliance - Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and best practices. - Monitor security alerts, system logs, and vulnerability reports. - Ensure endpoint protection, patch management, and antivirus solutions are up to date. - Support compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards. - Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and incident response activities. Qualifications & Skills: Required Experience & Education Education / Professional Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in system engineering, IT infrastructure management, or a systems analyst role. - Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid IT solutions - Strong understanding of network architecture, security frameworks, and infrastructure management Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365 environments. - Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365. - Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. - Familiarity with firewalls, network security, and endpoint protection solutions. - Experience supporting enterprise desktop and laptop environments. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, threat mitigation, and infrastructure hardening. - Experience contributing to or leading technical IT projects from initiation to deployment. - Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle high-pressure infrastructure demands. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support diverse user requirements and collaborate across teams - Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions. - Experience with monitoring and ticketing systems. - Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. - Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other business-critical applications. Certifications (one or more preferred) - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate - Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - ITIL Foundation Working Conditions - Primary location at our headquarters with regular visits to datacenter facilities - On-call availability for critical incidents and emergency situations - Potential for travel between datacenter locations - Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and quick decision-making
