IT Systems Analyst – ERP / Consumer GoodsLocation: Dublin / M50Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst with a strong ERP background to support business systems within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. A leading Multi national firm with excellent benefits and work life balance.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain and enhance ERP and business applications used across the organisation.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate these into effective system solutions.Support ERP functionality and processes relating to consumer goods and FMCG operations.Analyse existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation and increased efficiency.Assist with system enhancements, integrations, testing and the implementation of new functionality.Liaise with internal technology teams, business users and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and deliver improvements.Produce functional documentation, requirements and supporting materials for system changes.Support users and stakeholders throughout the delivery and adoption of system enhancements.Experience RequiredMinimum 4+ years' experience in an IT Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst or similar position.Strong practical experience working with ERP platforms in an FMCG, consumer goods or comparable business environment.Experience with SAP C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) and/or Salesforce Consumer Goods.Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.Experience supporting business-critical applications and delivering system improvements.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical teams.Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate and resolve systems-related issues.Desirable SkillsExperience working across wider ERP, CRM or enterprise application environments.Knowledge of business processes commonly found within consumer goods or FMCG organisations.Experience supporting system integrations and data flows between enterprise applications.Exposure to application testing, system upgrades or transformation projects.Experience working with external technology vendors or implementation partners.Understanding of reporting, data management and process automation within enterprise systems.Educational RequirementsThird-level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.Relevant ERP, SAP or Salesforce certifications would be advantageous.Working Hours & BenefitsPermanent position.Monday to Friday working week.Dublin-based role with access via the M50.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with key enterprise applications in an established consumer goods environment.HOW TO APPLY:If you are interested in this role, please apply for this role with your updated CV
