Location: Dubai, UAEPosition Type: Full-timeExperience: 3 to 8 yearsWe are hiring an IT Systems Engineer & O365 Specialist for a leading global commodities trading business in Dubai.This role is ideal for a cloud administrator who wants to combine modern Microsoft 365/Azure management with practical AI adoption (Copilot) and data security.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud & Identity: Administer Azure (VMs, App Services, Sentinel) and Entra ID (PIM, RBAC, Conditional Access).M365 & Security: Manage Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint; monitor endpoint/email security and handle incident escalation.AI & Automation: Implement Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and scripts (PowerShell) to automate IT workflows and documentation.Data Governance: Use Microsoft Purview for sensitivity labeling, retention policies, and compliance visibility.Infrastructure Support: Maintain basic network operations, Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and vendor escalations.Requirements3 to 8 years in M365, Azure, identity, and cloud security operations.Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Purview, Sentinel, and M365 administration.Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and practical AI use cases in IT.Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, Firewalls).Certifications like AZ-104, MS-102, or SC series are a plus.Strong written and spoken English.
