IT Teacher (Part-Time)

Role Description The IT Teacher (Part-Time) will deliver engaging Information Technology classes to students. This role involves planning and teaching lessons aligned with the academy’s curricula, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. The IT Teacher will integrate practical computer skills and foundational computer science concepts into lessons, ensuring students develop digital literacy and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues on educational initiatives, and participating in relevant school activities and meetings as required.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong subject-matter expertise in Computer Science and Information Technology.Candidates should possess proven Teaching experience and effective Lesson Planning skills.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education principles and learner-centered instructional practices.Candidates should possess strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to support diverse learners.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Education) or equivalent qualification is preferred.Experience teaching IT or computer-related subjects in a school or training setting is highly beneficial.Familiarity with British or Philippine curricula, or international school environments, is an advantage.
