IT Technical Analyst

Job Title: Digital and IT Analyst (Infrastructure Site Leader)Location: Stevenage, UKJob Type: Permanent Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Digital and IT Analyst to provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support and manage site-level infrastructure. This hybrid role blends hands-on end-user support with infrastructure project management, ensuring smooth operations across production and secured network environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver desk-side support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems issues for end-users. Install, upgrade, and maintain personal computer hardware, software, and local servers. Support and implement core infrastructure strategies, including Active Directory, networking, backup solutions, and disaster recovery. Act as the local control owner for IT compliance and regulations, such as SOX Key Controls, Cyber Essentials, and CMMC. Lead site-level IT projects using Agile methodologies and track site key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Participate in routine, planned after-hours on-call duties. QualificationsBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience in application or infrastructure support. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory. Experience with PC hardware maintenance and IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow. Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
