IT Technical Recruiter

Position: IT Technical RecruiterWe are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team for the night shift.Key Responsibilities:Source and screen IT/technical candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.Understand technical requirements and identify suitable profiles.Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely profile submissions.Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and SLAs.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.Requirements:1–3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.Good understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.Excellent communication in English and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.Willingness to work onsite from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.What We Offer:Competitive salaryProfessional growth opportunitiesSupportive work environmentExposure to global IT recruitment📍 Location: Johar Town Lahore🕗 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
